Parking
The Klostergarasjen and ByGarasjen are not far from the apartment and offer paid parking. The parking costs NOK 200 per 24 hrs. Unfortunately, we do not have any parking associated with our properties. (See map)
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in opens at 3:00 PM and check-out closes at 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, depending on the apartment.
Luggage Storage
The apartment does not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the apartments. The access code will be received by message and can also be found in the apartment's “Nice to Know” book.
Late Check-out, Early Check-in & Upgrades
Available upon request and subject to availability. Contact us or pre-order through your booking confirmation if you booked directly on our website.
Accessibility
You will receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival, including address, key box, and access codes.
Transport and Location
All apartments are centrally located, typically near the Bybanen’s last stop. Closest bus stops include Festplassen and Bryggen. (See map)
Bed Linen and Towels
Included in your stay and the total price.
Cleaning and Maintenance
No cleaning is required at check-out, but we ask guests to keep the apartment tidy and respectful.
Lost at Property
If you’ve forgotten something, please contact us directly.
Lost Keys
Loss of keys results in a NOK 500 fee.
Smoking
All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking indoors results in a NOK 500 fee.
Baby Cot
We offer a baby crib free of charge. Please contact us to reserve one in advance.
Accessibility for People with Disabilities
Only the Penthouse Apartment in Bergen is suitable for accessibility needs. Most other apartments are not adapted.
